11318 AN IMPOSING PAIR OF MAHOGANY AND PARTIALLY EBONIZED NEOCLASSICAL TWO DOOR CABINETS WITH ORIGINAL MARBLE TOPS AND SET WITH GILT-BRASS MOUNTS Probably Danish. Last Quarter of the Eighteenth Century. Measurements: Width: 53″(134.5 cm); Height: 41 1/2″ (105.5 cm); Depth: 23″ (58.5 cm).



Research
Of mahogany. Each with a green-veined white marble top above a rosette and Greek key carved frieze of two drawers, above a pair of cabinet doors flanked by fluted pilasters, opening to three interior drawers set with gilt-brass pulls above a similarly carved frieze to the base of two drawers. The whole raised on block feet. Old repair to marble top.
