11402 AN INTERESTING EARLY GEORGE III MAHOGANY OPEN ARMCHAIR OF LARGE SCALE English, Possibly Lancashire. Third Quarter Of The Eighteenth Century. Measurements: Height: 39 3/4″ (101 cm) Width: 28 1/2″ (71.8 cm) Depth:29 1/2″ (74.9 cm).



Research
Of mahogany. The upholstered back with undulating curved rectangular frame, issuing curved arms and downswept armrests, above an upholstered bowed saddle seat. The whole raised on square tapering molded legs, joined by an H-shaped stretcher, the rear legs downswept, all with wood and brass casters.
