Of iron, lacquer and gilt, and mother of pearl. The circular top with raised molded edge is decorated with fantastical chinoiserie scenes depicting pagodas, military processions, and a mountainous background. The baluster stem with stiff leaf lotus casting and waisted base resting on a tripartite platform with raised molded edge. To each corner is a cast leonine foot raised on original brass castors.
